Whether you are a thrill seeker or simply want to try something new. Kick-start Adventure weekend will challenge your sense of adventure in the great outdoors. This stunning location in the French Alps will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience. Whether hiking or mountain biking- we have routes that can easily be adapted for all abilities. The carefully selected routes take you through stunning national parks in the area, taking in waterfalls, dramatic gorges and stunning mountain scenery.

Activites

Join us on Kick-starts 4-night adventure in Samoens on 23rd-27th September 2010. This will include hiking and mountain biking in the unspoilt area of Samoens, part of the Grand Massif in the French Alps. This is a poplar skiing destination in winter months and is a stunning area for walkers and mountain bikers during the summer months.

Being Kick-start we will of course, start your day with warm- up circuit outdoors and we may even throw in a bit of boxing! The more adventurous may want to their hand at aerial trekking and zip wiring across the lake- always good fun!

You will be given our ‘Ground Rules for Life’ - a comprehensive guide to exercise, nutrition, hydration and rest-exclusive to Kick-start customers. Our aim is to inspire and educate you whilst you enjoy the great outdoors.
